Lana L. Vidricksen, 50, of Arkansas City, KS died Friday, January 28, 2011, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2011, at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home. Pastor Robert Ferris will officiate. Burial will in the Parker Cemetery. Friends may greet the family 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at the funeral home.
Lana was born December 15, 1960, to Duane R. and Georgia M. (Bates) Cyre in Arkansas City. She was reared and educated in Arkansas City.
On July 28, 2006, she married Steven D. Vidricksen in Miami, OK. The couple made their home in Arkansas City. Lana worked as a quality technician for Mead Westveco Calmar for several years.
Survivors include her husband Steven of the home; son, Dustin Russell and wife Casey, grandson, Donivan Russell all of Oxford, KS; step-son, Todd Vidricksen of Ponca City, OK; sister, Rebecca Blankenship and Roy Schimmel of Arkansas City, KS; niece, Deja Blankenship of Milwaukee, WI; great-nephew, Dominic Kruziki of Milwaukee, WI; and her cat Scrappy.
Lana was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
