Charles E. Cecil, 57, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Monday, January 31, 2011, at Medicalodge East.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Parker Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Arrangements are being made through the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
A memorial has been established to assist with funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
