Patricia J. Downing, of Ponca City, Okla., (formerly of Arkansas City, Kan.) died Friday, April 15, 2011, at Via Christi-St. Francis in Wichita at the age of 78.
Following cremation, a private interment will be held at Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Arkansas City.
