Effie “Maxine” McClure, age 98, passed away Wednesday morning, April 20, 2011, at her home for nearly a year, Cherished Friends residential care facility, in Wellington, Kan.
Funeral services will be held at the First Christian Church on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Don Bryant and Pastor Sallie Shore will officiate. Interment will follow the service at Osborne Cemetery in Mayfield.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 to 8 p.m.
Memorials have been established with the First Christian Church and Hospice Care of Kansas in lieu of flowers. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
