David C. Meyers, of Wellington, Kan., died Thursday, August 18, 2011, at the Kansas Veterans Center in Winfield at the age of 92.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home with the family present from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Following the visitation, funeral services for David will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Day Funeral Home, 1030 Mission Road in Wellington. Interment will follow at the Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington.
Memorials have been established in his loving memory with Alzheimer’s Association, 347 South Laura, Wichita, Kansas, 67211. Contributions can be mailed or left with the funeral home.
