Dale Crouch, 82, passed away Friday, April 22, 2011, at his home in Wellington, Kan.
Graveside services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Chaplain Dan Floyd will officiate.
Visitation will be held at funeral home on Wednesday from 9 to 1 p.m.
A memorial has been established with Kansas Wildlife & Parks, Wildtrust Youth Hunting & Fishing of South Central Kansas. Memorials can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
