Helen Louise Beard, 75, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Friday, June 17, 2011, at the Kansas Veteran’s Home in Winfield.
Graveside memorial services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Parker Cemetery. Chaplin Norman Reeves of Hospice Care of Kansas will officiate. Cremation has been effected. The family will gather at the funeral home Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to greet friends.
Memorials have been established with the Kansas Veteran’s Home of Winfield or Hospice Care of Kansas. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
