Randall K. Hubbard, 58, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at his home in Winfield, Kan.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church, 2440 North Summit in Arkansas City. Inurnment will follow in Highland Cemetery in Winfield.
A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
