Patrick M. Tracy, 67, a Wellington, Kan., resident for over 40 years, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at his home in Wellington.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at the McKinley Building in Wellington on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
A memorial has been established with Good Shepherd Hospice. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
