George William Simmons, 84, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, February 8, 2012.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Newkirk City Cemetery. Chaplain Norman Reeves will officiate.
