Dwayne Edward Balsters, 44, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Monday, May 14, 2012, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City.
Graveside services are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Highland Cemetery of Winfield. The family will greet friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Cremation has been effected.
A memorial has been established to assist the family with funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
