David J. Holland Sr., Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Minnesota Street.
Travis K. Rolo, Winfield was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Cedar Lane.
Patricia Leann Peters, Winfield, was the victim of battery-domestic violence in the 1700 block of Ames Street. Tyson R. Harrison, Burden, was arrested in connection with the incident.
Gregory Dean Chattam, Winfield, was cited for defective tail lights at Ninth and Bliss streets.
Andrew Patrick James Johnson, Winfield, was cited for a handicap parking violation in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
Police also Tuesday responded to several other complaints and four additional domestic incidents.
