Saturday afternoon, June 30th, the floodwaters have risen high enough to cover the entire surface of the fairgrounds.
Saturday morning, June 30th, the buildings at the Winfield fairgrounds are flooded and the waters are continuing to rise.
By Friday evening, the floodwaters have risen to the point where 14th Avenue is getting ready to close due to water over the roadway.
