KDHE lifts boil advisory issued for S. Haven

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has rescinded the boil water advisory for the city of South Haven, located in southern Sumner County.

KDHE issued the advisory on July 21 due to a line break that resulted in a loss of pressure to the water distribution system.

Laboratory testing indicates no evidence of contamination, and all other conditions that place the system at risk of contamination are deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
