An 18-year-old Arkansas City woman remained in critical condition Monday at a Wichita hospital with injuries suffered in a traffic accident last Wednesday on U.S. 77 at Strother Field.
Kaitlyn Mae Nicole Jarvis rear-ended a semi-truck that was towing a trailer and stopped at the railroad tracks. Jarvis was flown to Wesley Medical Center from the field.
The truck driver, Timothy Howerton, 49, of Wichita, was not injured.
The medical center does not release specific information about injuries.
