A Texas woman who left her children in a car in the parking lot of the First Council Casino last summer was released from the Kay County jail Oct. 3 on $10,000 bond.
A status hearing was set for Jan. 9.
Marie Holcomb, 42, of Dallas, faces one felony count of child neglect. She was arrested last July after casino security reported Holcomb’s five-year-old daughter was wandering around the parking lot crying.
Her six-year-old son was found in the woman’s car.
