A jury of six men and six women will decide the fate of capital murder suspect Justin Thurber. The final step in jury selection began this morning and was completed by the lunch break.
Four alternates – three women and one man – will serve as alternates and will also hear the evidence presented.
Court was dismissed for lunch just after noon and Thurber’s trial is set to begin Monday at 9 a.m. with opening statements.
