The Cowley County egineer’s office is closing E. Chestnut Ave. beginning Wednesday, to repair the road’s surface and west bridge abutment. The road will close at 7 a.m.
The affected area is on Chestnut from F St. to Crestwood Dr. Closure will last for about one week, according to a statement from the engineer’s office.
