A memorial rock for Jodi Sanderholm will be dedicated on May 2, according to the woman’s family.
Sanderholm was kidnapped and brutally murdered in January 2007. The memorial will be placed at the Kaw Wildlife Area near Ark City, where her body was recovered.
The rock was donated by Pray Stone Co. Rob Carroll Sandblasting & Painting handled all the engraving and painting and Wells Construction did the setting.
The dedication is meant to coordinate with the airing of Sanderholm’s episode of Solved: Extreme Forensics. That episode ? which was filmed in Cowley County last year ? will air at 8 p.m. May 3, on Investigation Discovery.
