The Miss USA Pageant is Sunday but Winfield’s Bethany Gerber, who is the current Miss Kansas USA, is already attracting plenty of attention in Las Vegas.
Gerber and most of the other contestants posed for some racy lingerie photos as part of promotional efforts for the pageant. Gerber’s photos can be viewed by clicking here.

Bloggers and news writers have mentioned Gerber as one of two contestants who posed without a bra in what appear to be the more risqu? of the photos taken. In her shot on the pageant site, Gerber can be seen in nothing but a men’s business shirt and panties.
The Kansas City Star online has even asked readers to weigh in as to whether the photos are glamour shots or soft porn. So far 64 percent of those polled said Gerber’s decision to lose the bra for her photo was "just right," while 36 percent say she went "too far."
Gerber’s photo is good enough for third place in pre-pageant public voting through the Miss USA web site. Pageant officials said the photos were taken by a professional photographer and that the pageant has always been edgy with a focus on the beauty of the contestants.
