Bethany Gerber and her mother, Lynn, both of Winfield, competed on the NBC game show Minute to Win It this week. You can watch their appearance below.
The duo was dubbed The Model and The Mom and featured a short bio video about the women. Bethany was Miss Kansas USA for 2010.
The show is hosted by Food Network star Guy Fieri.
The Model and The Mom aired Wednesday night.
Bethany and Lynn made it to level three, where they came up short when trying to make a three-can pyramid using uncooked spaghetti. They walked away with $1,000.
