Winfield attorney Chris Rogers is continuing to recover from injuries he suffered in a car accident in Elk County last week.
He has been discharged from Via Christi-St. Francis, according to a hospital spokesperson. Those who know the family said he has been transferred to a rehabilitation center to recover from a hip injury.
He is conscious and able to communicate just fine with friends and family.
Rogers is a partner in the firm Rogers & Lanning.
