A Winfield woman was arrested Wednesday after the search of a local residence led to the discovery of drugs and paraphernalia.
Police searched the home at 911 E. Fifth, with assistance from the Cowley County Drug Task Force. Paraphernalia, a substance believed to be meth and a narcotic drug were found.
Samantha Dewitt, 25, was arrested and booked into the Cowley County Jail on possession of meth, possession of drug use paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a narcotic drug.
