Sharlyn W. Cadek, of South Haven, Kan., died Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at her residence at the age of 60.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorial services for Sharlyn will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Day Funeral Home, 1030 Mission Road in Wellington.
Her family requests that donations be made in her name to the charity of your choice.
