Cleland Wayne Condit, age 68, Wellington resident since 1964, passed away Tuesday evening, August 16, 2011, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington.
Memorial graveside services will be held at the Geuda Springs Cemetery on Saturday at 10 a.m. Pastor Jan McDaniel of the Belle Plaine Methodist Church will officiate.
There will be no visitation.
A memorial has been established with the St. Louis Shriners Hospital for Children in lieu of flowers. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
