Thomas Morell Starkey, Jr., 87, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012, at Newman Hospital in Emporia, Kan.
Memorial services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Burden United Methodist Church. Private inurnment will take place at Latham Cemetery prior to the service. Miles Funeral Service in Winfield is in charge of arrangements.
