Autumn Nicole Terrill, 13, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Saturday, April 14, 2012, at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church in Arkansas City. Pastor Jimmy McCollough will officiate. Interment will follow in the Parker Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the University of Kansas Pediatrics Unit. Contributions may be made through the Rindt-Erdman funeral home.
