Cowley College has launched a new text message alert system that will notify students in case of a campus emergency or a weather cancellation, the school announced this week.
Students who sign up to participate in the program would receive a brief text message on their cell phone when necessary. Sign up for students is possible on line through the school’s Campus Connect feature.
Faculty and staff at the college can also sign up for the new alert system.
