Two people were transported to a Wichita hospital and a portion of K-15 in Udall was closed for time after a small passenger vehicle collided with a semi truck Wednesday.
The driver of the older model Ford Escort told NewsCow that his mother and brother were injured in the accident. Those injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
The small car was pulling onto the highway and the driver did not see the truck approaching. The semi struck the passenger side of the Escort.
Traffic was being diverted from the area and rerouted using side streets as of 11:30 a.m. Check back with NewsCow for more on this story.
