Ark City men plead to May school burglaries

Three Arkansas City men have admitted they burglarized three elementary schools in Arkansas City in May. Their sentencings have been set for July 31.

Charles Owen, 20, pleaded guilty to the burglary of Jefferson Elementary School, one count of theft and criminal damage to property. Six other counts were dismissed.

Isaac Hutchinson, 19, pleaded guilty to burglarizing Adams Elementary School, theft and criminal damage. Six other counts were dismissed.

Brian Winters, 19, pleaded guilty to the burglary of Francis Willard Elementary school, one count each of theft and criminal damage. Six other criminal charges were missed.
