Two young women jumped off a two-story balcony at Rock Ridge Apartments Saturday after police responded to a report of a fight at that location.
They found a victim highly intoxicated with minor injuries, according to Arkansas City Police Chief Sean Wallace.
The women, Corie Short and Kelsey Kratt, both of Ark City, were captured and arrested for underage drinking.
The home owner, Jace Darnall, also of Ark City, was arrested for hosting the alcohol party. Bryson Hasty, Ark City, was arrested for battery.
