Amos Bloyer, Winfield, was cited after he ran a red light at Summit and Wal Mart streets in Arkansas City Thursday morning and struck another vehicle driven by Janie Voorhis, Oklahoma.
Voorhis was treated at South Central Kansas Regional Medical Center and then released.
Neither Bloyer or the passengers in his car was injured. Bloyer was cited for running a red light, according to the Ark City Police Department.
