Winfield couple is part of $5,000 video contest

A Winfield couple is hoping a YouTube video they made will be popular enough to win them $5,000 from the Kansas Credit Union Association. They need the most views from the public to get the grand prize.

Shelby and Polly Miller’s two-minute, fourteen second video – entitled The Shocking Truth (It Stings!) – has already garnered close to 900 views but trails at least a couple other videos. The credit union association is offering the money for the video that is viewed the most by May 15.

Participants were asked to produce an informative video that educates others on a topic pertaining to personal finance. There’s even still time to enter the contest, if anyone’s interested.
