Three people were arrested Sunday ? and have since bonded out ? as part of a drug bust at a residence where drug activity had been suspected.
Ark City police served a search warrant in the 1200 block of South A around 12:30 a.m., following an ongoing investigation.
Nathan Stroud, Ark City, was arrested and faces charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jacob Miller, 20, Ark City, faces a paraphernalia charge and domestic violence and criminal restraint charges related to a previous incident.
Shayna Nicely, 19, of Ark City, was outside the residence and arrested for marijuana possession, according to a police report.
