A quick thanks to everyone who submitted photos from the 2009 storm season.
We used what we can in our Flickr slideshow, unfortunately a number of cell phone photos didn’t make the cut because they just did not have the resolution quality required.
Also, I was asked by Brian Stone, with Cowley County emergency management, to remind people to take great care when storm watching. Obey traffic laws if you’re out on the road and make sure you stay safe.
For the most part, the photos you will see in the slideshow below were taken by people standing in their yard where they could find shelter quickly if needed.
