City-Cowley County Health Department nurses Friday will be administering H1N1 vaccine to Winfield Middle School and Winfield High School students who have returned parental consent forms.
The immunization is free and is optional.
Parents who have not returned the consent form but would like to have their student receive this vaccine should return the form to the school this week. Additional consent forms are available from school nurses.
