Kansas state treasurer Dennis McKinney will address the Winfield Rotary Club at noon Wednesday.
Among the topics he will discuss are ? unclaimed property, saving for higher education for children and grandchildren, the state’s fiscal outlook and the upcoming 2010 legislative session. McKinney will also discus the upcoming legislative session which begins Jan. 11.
McKinney is a former state representative from Greensburg and became the state’s 38th state treasurer in Jan. 2009.
