Winfield’s The Ridge restaurant is switching to a dinner-only schedule beginning next month, according to staff at the restaurant.
The Ridge will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
The change is effective Feb. 1.
A manager at the restaurant declined to elaborate much on why the restaurant was eliminating lunch-time hours, but said the eatery was shifting its focus to becoming a family dinner restaurant.
The Ridge is located at 3727 Quail Ridge Rd in south Winfield near Quail Ridge Golf Course.
