A storm system moving into the area tonight brings with it the chance for large hail and perhaps an isolated tornado, weather and emergency management officials said.
Storms are expected to hit the Cowley County area Thursday and early into Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
Residents are advised to monitor the weather situation and check back for updates on conditions as they are available.
