Winfield police helped track down a six-year-old boy who left his home early Friday morning.
Chief Danny Parker said the boy was found about a block-and-a-half away from his home in the 800 block of E. 11th. The boy reportedly had a fight with his parents and left the home around 4 a.m.
He was found around 7 a.m. behind a truck along with two stray dogs. The Cowley County Trackers and the Winfield K-9 unit were called into help look for the child.
