Shawn Coleman – a 21-year-old Winfield man injured in a truck-semi collision last week – has been discharged from the hospital.
Coleman left Wesley Medical Center Jan. 1, according to a spokesperson there.
Coleman was seriously injured Tuesday when his Chevy S-10 pickup collided with a semi at U.S. 77 and Quail Ridge. Coleman apparently failed to yield and was struck on the passenger’s side of his vehicle.
He had been hospitalized every since.
