Four people nabbed in 2nd bust at trailer park

Four people were arrested Wednesday after a search for drugs that took place at a Winfield residence not far from a residence searched just a day earlier, according to police in Winfield.

Around 5 p.m., police and members of the county’s drug task force searched a trailer home at 212 E. Fifth Lot 15. It’s three lots from a bust made Tuesday in which a man was arrested.

The latest search turned up substances thought to be meth, ecstasy and weed. Items of drugs sale paraphernalia and drug use items were also located, according a written statement.

Four people were arrested:

Joseph Lincicome, 30 Winfield , was arrested for a probation violation.

Soulinthone Xayasouk, 38 Winfield, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug use paraphernalia.

Nikom Khammanyvong, 26, Winfield, was arrested for probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug sale paraphernalia, possession of drug use paraphernalia. Khammanyvong was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Wanda Steward, 46 Winfield, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug sale paraphernalia, and possession of drug use paraphernalia.

Additional charges may be possible following laboratory testing and further investigation, police said.
