Three adults and a minor were arrested Tuesday after a search of a home in Ark City that turned up weed, crack and drug paraphernalia.
The search occurred at a home in the 600 block of South C St. During the execution of a search warrant, Cowley County Drug Task Force members and Ark City police uncovered drugs, and evidence of drug sales and usage.
As a result, the following people were arrested:
Jakob William Folk was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, possession of drug sales paraphernalia, possession of drug use paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp. Folk was also arrested on an prior case with the charges of sale of cocaine and use of a communication facility to arrange the sale of cocaine.
Deadra Arlet Roland was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of cocaine.
Esporanza Sosa was arrested for minor in consumption of alcohol.
An unnamed juvenile male was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Charges are pending on a fifth person also.
