Two people were injured Friday evening when a Winfield woman lost control of the van she was driving and it overturned on 202nd Road, just west of 151st Road, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
Wannetta M. Moody, 51, Winfield, and Lisa Lowery, 42, also of Winfield, were transported to William Newton Hospital for evaluation.No further information was available.
Moody, who was driving the 2001 Dodge Van, and Lowery, a passenger, were not wearing safety restraints when the vehicle overturned on the south side of a field.
