Ark City Police Capt. Tom Scott graduated from the FBI’s National Academy in Quantico, Va. this month.
On March 19, Scott was part of a 253-member class of law enforcement that graduated from the academy. The program offers 10 weeks of advanced investigative, management and fitness training for selected officers.
Those chosen have on average 19 years of law enforcement experience and usually return to serve their departments or agencies in executive-level positions.
